Natasha of Higgledy Piggledy's in Nykøbing F. and Karin from Hideaway Winery are both fascinated by the technique and skill it takes to produce quality tea and delicate wine. It is a matter of fine craftmanship, knowledge and both steeped in historical traditions. At this tasting you will enjoy a presentation of 6 different teas by Natasha- almost in the same way a Sommelier presents a flight of wines! You will be transported into the world of tea – how it’s grown, the fermentation, drying, and the traditions and folklores behind Tea gaining insight into each of the teas served. Karin, on the other hand will escort you into the art of sweet wines where you will taste and savor them alongside traditional English cakes. You will gain an understanding of how to balance and pair the sweet wines and cakes. An experience which allows you to delve into the world of Tea and Wine as well as the traditions and history surrounding these ancient practices. Ignite your senses of smell and taste in this night of Tea & Wine!

• 6 Different teas – a mixture of black, green, white and others all presented to you both dried and served hot. Teas will be accompanied by small traditional English servings such as Scones and Cakes.
• 3 different cakes along with the two sweet wines of Hideaway – the Noble Sweet Solaris and the Goosefoot.
• An opportunity to buy some rare and delicate teas to take with you home.

 The tasting will be held in the English language, at the Traktørsted at Hideaway Vingård. Guests this evening will be seated at their cosy long tables and be participating in the tasting in groups of 4 people.
