Gabalong is a pure green tea from the Japanese region of Shizuoka. Thanks to its special production method, this tea contains a high content of GABA, (natural gamma aminobutyric acid). Through careful harvesting, nitrogen is added to the leaves for a few hours. The tea is then stored in a dry place for 14 to 15 hours. During this process, the leaves oxidise and develop their unmistakable taste- full-bodied, flowery, and fruity without the bitterness!
