This oolong is unusually fine with a milky-fresh taste. Halimun Oolong thrives in the volcanic soils of the west coast of an Indonesian island called Java. Its spends its life growing in the middle of the protected national park, Gunung Halimun. Its vibrant green pearls are hand rolled and develop an exquisite, sweet flavour when brewed.
